Sharing with other brokers

Show another broker’s property as your own.

You already share properties on WhatsApp. This feature offers a more professional approach.

  • Show another broker’s property as your own

When another broker shares a property with you, it appears on your website with your name, contact number, and logo.

A buyer asks for something you do not have, and you can still show him something. Nobody calls the other broker instead of you.

  • Let a friend show your property

You decide who can access your property and for how long. You can revoke access at any time.

More people see your property, and it is still yours.

  • You set the last date

When sharing a property, set an end date. The property is automatically removed from the other broker’s website on that date.

You never have to remember to go and take it back, and nobody keeps showing your property after you meant them to stop.

  • Nobody can touch anybody’s work

You cannot modify or delete properties shared with you, and others cannot alter your properties.

You can share with somebody you only half know.

  • He sets what you can do with it

The sharing broker determines if the property appears on your website, is shareable only via link, can be used for posts, and if it is discoverable by Google. All options are disabled by default until enabled.

Nobody’s property gets put somewhere they did not agree to, so brokers are willing to share with you in the first place.

Questions

Before you ask us.

Whose lead is it when a shared property gets a call?
The lead is yours. Properties shared with you display your name, contact number, and logo, so buyers contact you directly.
What if the other broker takes his property back?
The property is removed from your website. Any previously sent links are deactivated and inform recipients that the property is unavailable.
