Cancelling

Cancel at any time from your portal, under Subscription. Cancellation stops the next renewal — nothing further is charged.

What happens to your website

Your website stays online until the end of the period you have already paid for. It is not switched off the moment you cancel. After that date it stops being served publicly, while your data and portal access remain for 90 days in case you return.

Refunds

Subscription fees are not refundable for a period that has already begun, because the service is delivered continuously throughout it and you keep the site for the rest of the period you paid for.

We will refund in full where we have charged in error — a duplicate charge, a charge after a valid cancellation, or a charge for a service we could not provide. Write to support@realestatexpress.in within 7 days of the charge.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment gateway, usually within 5–7 working days of approval. Your bank may take longer to show it.

Failed payments

A failed renewal does not cancel your subscription immediately. Your site stays online for 15 days while the payment is retried. Nothing is charged that you have not authorised.
