Terms of Service

1. What the service is

We provide a hosted website for property dealers. You add listings through your portal; we publish them at a subdomain of realestatexpress.in, or at a custom domain you connect. The listings, photographs and business details are yours. We do not act as an agent, broker or party to any property transaction.

2. Your account

One account belongs to one business. Keep your password to yourself — anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Tell us immediately if you think someone else has access.

3. Subscription, billing and renewal

We offer three packages — Catalogue, Website and Brand — each available monthly or yearly. They differ in how many properties you may have listed at one time, whether you may use your own domain, how many tracked share links you may create, and whether staff may be given their own logins. Current prices, limits and the launch offer are shown on our pricing page.

The free plan is not a trial. It does not expire and requires no payment method.

The price shown is the amount charged. We are not registered for GST, so no tax is added at checkout and no GST is collected. Should we become registered, we will give notice as set out below before any change takes effect.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period using the mandate you authorise at signup, until you cancel. We may change prices with at least 30 days’ notice before a renewal; the new price applies from the next renewal, never retrospectively. Promotional prices apply until the date stated alongside them on the pricing page, after which the standard price applies at your next renewal.

4. Listing limits

Each plan allows a maximum number of properties listed at one time. On reaching it you cannot add another property until you move to a larger plan. Moving to a smaller plan never removes listings you have already published — they remain on your website; you simply cannot add more until you are within the new limit.

5. If payment fails

Your website stays online for 15 days after a failed payment, so a bank issue does not take your business offline. If payment has not succeeded by the end of that period, the site stops being served publicly. Your data is retained and your portal remains accessible, so paying resumes the site immediately.

6. What you may not publish

You are responsible for everything you upload. Do not publish listings you are not authorised to market, other people’s photographs, misleading prices, or anything unlawful. We may remove content or suspend an account that breaches this, and will tell you why.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, third-party outages and events outside our control can interrupt it.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or lost data beyond that amount.

9. Ending the agreement

You may cancel at any time from your portal — see our Cancellation & Refunds policy. We may end the agreement for a serious or repeated breach of these terms, with notice where practical.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat have exclusive jurisdiction.
