Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

• At signup: your name, company name, email address, phone number, chosen web address, and how many properties you expect to list.
• What you add later: your logo, office address, and the listings you publish — including any property owner contact details you record.
• Payment: handled by our payment gateway. We store the subscription status, the amount, and the gateway’s reference. We never see or store your card details.

2. Property owner details are private

Owner names and phone numbers you record against a listing are visible only to your own account. They are never published on your website and are not readable by any other customer. This is enforced in the database, not only in the interface.

3. Why we hold it

To create and run your website, to take payment, to contact you about your account, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

4. Who processes it

• Supabase — database, authentication and file storage.
• Cloudflare — serving the websites, DNS, and the check that tells a person from a bot on our enquiry form.
• Resend — sending account emails such as password resets.
• Zoho CRM — holding enquiries made through the form on this site, so we can reply to them.
• Google Analytics — counting visits to this site. See section 5.
• Our payment gateway — taking and renewing payments.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising.

5. Visitors to this website

You can read this site without giving us anything. Two things happen in the background, and this is all of it.

• We count visits using Google Analytics — which pages were opened, roughly where from, what kind of device, and which buttons were pressed. It is a count, not a profile: we do not know who you are and we do not try to find out.
• We remember which advert or link brought you here for as long as the browser tab stays open, so that if you send us an enquiry we know which one to thank. It is stored in your own browser, cleared when you close the tab, and contains no name, number or address.

If you send an enquiry, the name, phone number and property count you type go to our CRM and our database so we can reply. That is the only information we ask a visitor for, and nothing on this site asks for it more than once.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. After you cancel, we keep your data for 90 days so you can come back, then delete it. Records we must keep for tax purposes are retained for as long as the law requires. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.

7. Your rights

Ask us for a copy of your data, a correction, or its deletion, at support@realestatexpress.in. We respond within 30 days.

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit. Access between customers is separated at the database level, so one customer cannot read another’s data. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at support@realestatexpress.in if you find a problem and we will act on it.
