Before you ask us.
- What is Real Estate Xpress?
- A property website in your name and a portal to run it. You add a property from your phone, it becomes a page on your site, and the link you send reports who opened it. It is built for property brokers and agents anywhere in India.
- Do I need my own domain to start?
- No. You get a working address the day you sign up and your site goes live. If you own a domain or buy one later, you can move the site to it. You add two records at the company you bought it from and the https certificate is issued for you.
- Does it work in Hindi and Gujarati?
- Yes. The portal, your website, and every listing are in English, Gujarati, or Hindi. You fill a property once, in whichever language you type fastest, and the other two fill themselves. A buyer switches the language on the page, and the link you send can open in theirs.
- Do I need a computer?
- No. The portal is built for phones first, where a broker actually is. You can add a property, answer a lead, and send a tracked link standing outside the building. There is nothing to install.
- Whose lead is it when a borrowed property gets a call?
- Yours. A property another broker lends you shows your name, your number and your logo on the page, so the buyer who calls is calling you.
- What if the broker takes back the property he lent me?
- It is removed from your website. Any link you sent stops working and tells the person the property is not available.
- What does it cost?
