Real Estate Xpress is a product of Techy Panther, a software company in Naroda, Ahmedabad. This is why it exists and what we hold ourselves to.
Why we built it
A broker can have two hundred properties and still have no website. His listings sit on somebody else’s site, under somebody else’s name, next to other brokers selling the same flat. His buyers live in hundreds of WhatsApp chats, and he never knows who opened what he sent.
He does not need another listing site. He needs what a company has: a website in his own name, his name on every property he shares, and a way to see who is interested.
And he needs it without hiring anybody, and without learning software. That is what we built.
Who it is for
A broker who has never had a website and is not sure he needs one. If you can send a property on WhatsApp, you can run this. It works from a phone, in English, Gujarati or Hindi, and the free package does not ask for a card.
What we hold ourselves to

Your seller is your seller
The owner’s name and number reach nobody but you. Not your website, not a share card, not another broker. This is not a setting: the website cannot read those details at all.

A slow month costs you nothing
Stop paying and nothing is deleted. You keep seeing everything; only editing stops. Cancel, and your data is kept for 90 days.

No word you have to look up
If a sentence on this site needs a second sentence to explain it, we have written it wrong. Tell us, and we will fix it.
